At Deliamly, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, our policy is simple.
30-day returns: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Unopened products: Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Opened products: For health and safety reasons, opened or used supplements cannot be resold and are not eligible for return — unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong product. In those cases, contact us within 14 days of delivery (photos help) and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping.
How to start a return: Email us at info@deliamly.com or call +1 (754) 209-8496 with your order number. We will give you the return address and instructions.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and issue the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. The $5.95 shipping charge is non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Sale items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale.
